Oh, so pure and lovely, Jay…what a serene and delicious way to awaken, literally and figuratively!

Your 4th stanza reminds me of an experience I had once several years ago… I had a horrific headache, the pain

so bad, tears were running down my face. I settled in a chair as best I could and began to meditate.

I don't know how much time went by, but all of a sudden I literally felt a hand penetrate my forehead and

sweep across my entire brow and then exit, and believe it or not, the hand literally swept away my headache

pain! I know now that it was my Higher Self, Source Energy, whom I've always referred to as Eleo-ar.

Such a moving experience for which I am ever grateful.
